 This is a very hard  thing to do, darling. It’s a very hard thing to know and hear. The first thing to do is to accept this yourself- have a good sit down and think about yourself. How do you feel? How does this affect you, and when and why do you want to tell people? The key is to stabilize yourself with the knowledge first.

 You need to decide what’s right for you-  you probably need to have a good setup for it. Pick an appropriate time. Ask them to let you talk, and wait for you to be finished. 

 Stay strong, darling. We’ll be here for you. We love you.
